All preorder shipments will be sent via FedEx, using the most economical shipping option available.

Please note:

If your address is classified as a non-standard or remote area by FedEx, a remote area surcharge of SGD 40 applies.

If you prefer not to pay the surcharge, we will arrange shipment via SingPost Registered Airmail, costing approximately SGD 70–75.

We will inform you if your location is flagged as a remote area by FedEx.

Shipping taxes and import duties are not included – you are responsible for paying them upon delivery.

If you do not agree to either the FedEx surcharge or the SingPost option, your preorder will be cancelled.

⚠️ FedEx’s remote area list is extensive, and we can only confirm after receiving your order.
